I still consider myself new to internet marketing but having been part of a few discussion forums I see a pattern. The biggest mistake is newbies searching for that "magic button" that will make them money overnight. But clearly when you read these posts most of these members have about 100+ posts in them. They have probably spent money on some products but they have discoverd that there is no magic button that you can push to make you a millionare. It takes hard work and planning. After all there is a steep learning curve to internet marketing often times people who start out get information overload they don't know where to begin.

So what do they do? the end up quiting.

However to combat this you must develope a plan. Do some research and stick to one method until you see results. So many people who start out jump from one thing to another and they get nothing done. Once you start seeing results then you will be able to spend money on your own hosting and domain. Then you will be in control of what you own. Also once you have a plan take action to impliment it. So many people they get programs or invest in membership sites they read it but they do nothing with it.

If you want to make money online treat it like a business. So many people when they start don't take it seriously and treat it like a hobby. treat it like a hobby and you will get minimal results.
